2. Access to Lawyer/ Law clerk via phone and email
3. Internal disbursements such as printing/photocopies, telephone/long distance, fax.

OUR LEGAL FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 

1. No title search, nor certification of title. Title insurance is not necessary.
2. Registration costs
