OUR LEGAL FEES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Review of Sale and Purchase agreement
2. Review of Amendments and Waivers
3. Preparation of documentation for the first two debt payouts (if applicable)
4. Access to Lawyer/ Law clerk via phone and email
5. Internal disbursements such as printing/photocopies, telephone/long distance, fax and travelling expenses to bank.
6. One FREE virtual/remote signing appointment
7. Preparation of legal documentation for closing.

LEGAL FEES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Any title issues that require additional work will be subject to additional fees.
2. Each additional debt payout is $ 49 (after the first two are prepared)
3. Any Registration required
4. Bank wire fees or any other miscellaneous payouts that incur a fee.
5. Software charges
6. Courier fees
7. Law Society Levy
8. Harmonized sales tax

Please Note**

1. Our Flat rate applies to a residential single -family dwelling on city services, being vacant on closing.
2. Additional charges apply to investment properties, commercial properties, occupancy certificate, lines of credit or additional mortgagees/line of credits or additional bridge-loans or any other matter beyond scope of a real estate transactions.
