OUR LEGAL FEES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Access to our lawyer & law clerks via phone and email
2. Review of insurance binder
3. Preparation of legal documentation for closing.
4. Review of lender/bank first mortgage instructions
5. Preparation of documentation for the first two debt payouts (if applicable)
6. Preparation of refinance mortgage legal documentation
7. Copying, faxes and long-distance telephone charges
8. Paying out, from the proceeds, the first two debts payouts (if applicable)
9. One FREE virtual/remote signing appointment

OUR LEGAL FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 

1. Title insurance coverage
2. Title and writ searches
3. Harmonized Sales Tax
4. Courier fees
5. Wire fees or any other miscellaneous payouts that incur a fee
6. Our flat rate legal fee applies to a residential single-family dwelling on city services, being vacant on closing.
7. Each additional debt payout is $ 49 (after the first two are prepared).
