- Preparation of documentation for the first two debt payouts (if applicable)
- Preparation of refinance mortgage legal documentation
- Copying, faxes and long-distance telephone charges
- Paying out, from the proceeds, the first two debts payouts (if applicable)
- One FREE virtual/remote signing appointment
OUR LEGAL FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Title insurance coverage
- Title and writ searches
- Harmonized Sales Tax
- Courier fees
- Wire fees or any other miscellaneous payouts that incur a fee
- Our flat rate legal fee applies to a residential single-family dwelling on city services, being vacant on closing.
- Each additional debt payout is $ 49 (after the first two are prepared).
- Additional charges apply to investment properties, commercial properties, occupancy certificate, lines of credit or additional mortgagees/line of credits or additional bridge-loans or any other matter beyond scope of a real estate transactions.
